Email enquiries. If you contact us by email, using links that open your own email program, we receive what you choose to send, typically your name, email address, role, organization and details about your needs.

Consultation bookings. If you book a consultation on this website, we collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, a short description of your needs and your chosen time zone. We use these details only to arrange and prepare for the consultation, keep them for up to 12 months after the appointment, and then delete them. Please do not include patient information or PHI.

Please do not send patient information or Protected Health Information (PHI) by email. If patient information is sent to one of our business email addresses anyway, our team reviews the message and deletes it from our mailbox.

Technical information. When you visit the website, our hosting provider may automatically process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request, for example in server logs used to deliver and secure the site.

This website does not use analytics scripts, marketing or advertising pixels, or tracking cookies added by the website. We use Google Search Console, which reports on how our site appears in Google Search results and does not require a visitor-tracking script on this website. If we add analytics, cookies or other tracking, we will update this policy first.

We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss your requirements, prepare a custom quote and, if we agree to work together, begin onboarding. We use technical information only as needed to operate and secure the website.

Our website and business email accounts (sales@fzdigitalsolutions.com and contact@fzdigitalsolutions.com) are hosted by Hostinger, which processes information on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information, such as names and email addresses, to third parties for money or other commercial benefit. We share enquiry information only with service providers that support our business, such as Hostinger, or where required by law.

We retain business enquiry emails and business contact information for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes and to meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it is held.

Our business email accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, but no method of transmission over the internet, including email, is completely secure. That is one reason we ask you not to send patient information by email.

Patient information we handle for clients is governed by our agreements with those clients, including a Business Associate Agreement signed before any PHI-related work begins. It is not covered by this website Privacy Policy.

This website is intended for businesses and healthcare providers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
