FZ Digital Solutions develops custom AI agents and workflow automations for businesses that want to reduce repetitive manual work in their operations. Each project is scoped to your requirements, with human review and approval configured around the risk of each workflow. Custom AI is a separate, optional service, distinct from our human-managed medical billing and RCM service, and billing clients are never required to use it.

A custom AI agent is software built to carry out a defined set of tasks within your workflow, such as reading and organizing information, preparing drafts or routing work, within the boundaries and approval points you set.
Workflow automation
Workflow automation connects the steps of a repeatable business process so that routine handoffs, data movement and status updates happen consistently, with people involved where your process requires them.
We currently develop both. We have developed multiple agents, including one in use in a U.S. healthcare-provider environment. Details of client projects remain confidential.

- Testing: the solution is tested before it is put into use.

- Deployment & support: the solution is deployed, and support is provided as defined in your project scope and agreed terms.
Human oversight, configured to your workflow
Human review and approval are configured according to your requirements and the risk of each workflow. Some steps may need a person to review or approve the output before anything moves forward; others may need less involvement. The level of human oversight is assessed according to your requirements, the workflow's risk and the agreed project scope.
Our AI solutions are built to support your team's work. They don't replace professional judgment, and they don't make clinical decisions.
Feasibility, data and privacy are assessed per project
Every organization's systems and data are different, so we don't make blanket promises about what a solution will connect to or handle. Technical feasibility, integrations with your existing systems, data access, privacy and human oversight are assessed according to your requirements, the workflow's risk and the agreed project scope.
A Custom AI project does not by itself authorize any AI solution to process patient information. If a project would involve PHI, the privacy, data-handling and vendor requirements must be defined and agreed first, and a Business Associate Agreement must be signed before any PHI-related work begins.
Separate from our medical billing service
Custom AI and our managed billing service are separate engagements:
